Please do not make people feeling unsure with that what BR said. My opinion is as follows: BR is right when he said that there is nothing in bk remote, BUT didn't he say this just in relation to the Escrows ? Escrows are done and were only necessary for WMILT topics. We know that there are remote values which were not checked and which were not part of bk process that has been managed and supported by BR. Thus there is everythhing still open regarding any remote values which might come sooner or later to former washington mutual shareholders.
