Raf, I think any ruling where there is a remand for anything other than for the lower court to enter judgment, is a partial win. So a remand for "further proceedings consistent with this Opinion" is a partial win. Yes it is a reversal, but the saga continues with the continued uncertainty, and the possibility of another pummeling from the lower court followed by another appeal.
