At this time Escrow are empty and there nothing, I call that the great BR deception. Escrow are just markers that can be paid on at any time for different purpose than just BK and POR 7. This list is done away according to DTC in October.

ITP Via Public Networks
WHAT: To maintain highest levels of security and performance, DTCC routes all Institutional Trade Processing (ITP) public internet traffic through the Akamai networks. Previous guidance had been to open your firewalls to:
Allow outbound traffic to all URLs associated with ITP applications/services, OR
White list a static set of IP addresses (using the Akamai Client Access Control List) to route traffic to/from DTCC ITP applications/services
As of October 3, 2020 Akamai will no longer support the Client Access Control List feature.
