Let me get this straight,Burba does not own patent rights,yet he(IBAT)is going to not only use this technology,they have already demonstrated it and promoted it as belonging to Burba(IBAT).So what we have here is fraud,among other deceptive practices,except this didn't fool a certain group of message board posters,they caught the criminals red handed!I can only assume by now,good ole Burba is probably hiding out somewhere in South America.knowing he has been exposed!!!!!!!LOL
