Eight, IMHO, the best time was just after the appeal filing. As for doing it now, I can't find a reason for it to hurt. I agree, since you would purpose it in your elegant and respect style, as a fellow law professional, she should be welcoming of your guidance to right a mistake. Putting this aside, given Singer's reputation for his winning record, wouldn't you expect her to have enough personal and professional curiosity to review Singer's briefs?

Agree here that I cant think of any reason to hurt unless it is remanded to her. In that case, still the errors needed to be pointed out imo. I welcome any reasons more than just a statement.
