Time will tell, but I don’t see Amarins legal case folding if they lose appeal. This doesn’t mean Amarin should again flip the coin, it means Amarin is in a position to settle case with vacatur and settlement.

mrmain, give it up - BB is delusional on this issue and you're not going to convince him otherwise - those OB patents to not protect AMRN if we lose the appeal.
