I want to laugh but only tears of despair that a legal system allows a single data point of no relevance to the real debate, from a paper with no placebo control in a startlingly few pts (28) and of little clinical relevance to the severe TG population covered by the AMRN patents is allowed by several long stretches of a very vivid legal imagination to invalidate a hard won genuine patent?!
How can that guy Heineke look himself in the mirror?
No one in Academia will take that man seriously anymore...
