No problem...if your new to the OTC always remember one big thing...everyone who trades has an agenda and every forum your in will tell you their stock is the rare one that's going to pennies/dollars.
Dont believe anyone (including myself) without fact checking...meaning call the TA yourself and verify everything, look through the filings and identify convertible debt/amount/conversion dates (rare to find ones with out convertible debt but its exciting when you do)
Look at their balance sheet...are they losing money, do they have cash on hand, assets vs liabilities... have they been growing/declining YOY
Do insiders have a stake in what happens to share holders and if they do how much
What type of potential catalyst disclosed in former PR's/filings could potentially be getting ready to hit
These are just a few things I look for when debating on going long in a stock...these same things are the reasons I've loaded ZHUD and am patiently waiting through this low volume charade
