Yes, to answer your second question they always have this in their financial notes.

Gulfslope did not say how long of a delay.

Remember, Gulfslope’s 2020 Drilling Campaign was already delayed. I’m in it for a successful Tau-2 drill well, so whenever that is it’s ok with me.

There is alway a problem when skimming financials you only pick up bits, and may get it out of context.

like Smith said “going concern” is in all 10 Q to read of all compagnies on OTC . But I am confident in the future . Iff you read what amount of money they spent already , Mr. Seitz and partners are going to do anything to make this work .
