Billy can exit position after settlement/award issue a one-time dividend in a take it or not..dissolve the company keep patents and or collect on the win as we all will....then in a shell or set up a new company with the patents and go his own way. I'm aware of the international processes…..they take time but well worth it. WHY did Whitman move himself and his people to a large international firm? Clearly that firm has international expertise in various countries while Whitman has the knowledge background of the case as well as the expert witnesses(that's the value to the international legal firm.
