Well the one case is old and alleged insider trading. The other two were unjust enrichment claims.

Problem with proving unjust enrichment is that if a contract exists it is consider by the court to be the end all be all of any rights or expectations they can have.

So those are two lawsuits are dead in the water. Plus someone posted that tax bill that got paid in Oregon, the one on the UCC website that deals with commercial entities. So gets harder for them to prove unjust enrichment if the CEO is always dumping money into the company. Like the first time he saved it from bankruptcy.
