These ambulance chasing law firms are mostly disreputable or have tons of failed cases or are desperate and filing cases hoping for a settlement. Look them up. Most are shady or questionable.

Scooter- I’m not sure it’s that cut and dry. I believe I read that the CEO may not receive more than 1 million shares in a year. He has the BOD award 1.5M. I don’t think it’s too hard to prove unjust enrichment if the covenants were broken.
It doesn’t matter how altruistic Nader might be...rules are rules. And they’re there for just that reason. The other personal stuff about NP that is brought up is just noise. The lawsuit may have some legs and would be interested in hearing from some of the legal experts.
