As I understand it, NWBO sold the Commodity Center along with the rest. And it was not part of what NWBO leased back.

Therefor that rent now goes straight to Huawei.

I do not believe you are correct that "NWBO has the warehouse in grey" in the link you provided in your post.
Instead, NWBO is leasing in the Vision Center, which is the small white building just to the south of where it mentions British Sugar-Sawston on this map:

I believe exwannabe is correct that the Commodities Centre property (and lease) were included in the sale, so NWBO has no ownership interest in that.
The only ownership interest that NWBO retained in the sale to Huawei was the approximate 17 acres of vacant land.

I believe the approximate location of these 17 acres might be just north of Mill Lane and just east of A1301 ... close to where the above google map shows "Bean Doctor".
