Add to that the fact that Hikma gave financial projections to the World for a generic market stratospherically greater than the Marine label.

Fact?

(i) it was not a projection but the actual number (calculation) about the past (previous 12 months) ... was not about generic market but about Vascepa - existing - market
(ii) it was not made by Hikma but by IQVIA
(iii) it was about the sales with MARIME label only (prior R-IT approval by the FDA in December)
(iv) "market stratospherically greater": the number was Gross Revenue is not the (reported) Net Revenue ...
