I don't see buyers wanting the expense of years of Litigation. The Debtors attorneys have made some very big mistakes opening doors to endless suits. I think we should all pitch in buy the Trustee a one year membership to his local Golf Club

You really think with them hiding the info on buys that the share holders would get a fair deal out of that, with them dividing the two, I don't think Jcp would ever see any of it.
