LOL they are being screwed NOW! An auction is the only way to get FULL fair value for any large asset like this!
The 'current pink sheet' Jones/Sussberg deal you have is 26 cents a share. You think the 'buyers' are just going to cough up $5 or more if they are allowed to cherry pick for peanuts? Surely not.
