Raf I think Singer doesn’t want to get involved in the side argument of whether EPA and DHA had different LDL-C effects in a population he is arguing is irrelevant to the case (mildly high trigs).
He probably thinks that risks having the appeals court think that that question is central — it really isn’t. It’s an error by Du, but a small one compared with the doozies he compiles in his briefs.
