I’m not one who says that they have a general legal duty to immediately disclose in the same way that others claim. I do not think the law works the way some suggest in their postings.

There are reasons to disclose relatively soon after they have TLD, certainly. I do not tend to think the same way people do on bulletin boards with regard to conspiracies and other fanciful assumptions about motivations.

I do think they will follow through on what they said in their press releases. But whether that will absolutely and immediately satisfy everyone, bulletin boards are a cantankerous lot.

is it true to say that the company has to say within a certain timeframe from datalock whether the trial failed or didn't meet endpoints etc?



The answer is yes especially for a biotech with 1 product in trial
