RAF....the generics are not promting generic V for R+IT...

I find it implausible for AMRN to prove the generics are inducing infringement.

Doctors can not release medical records without patients approval....if my Dr's assistant called me up to say we would like to turn your medical records over to a lawyer representing AMRN in a case against a generic company making a drug your taking...I would say no.

No judge is going to compell a patient to turn their medical records over to save AMRN's but.
