LP, the process that started on January 10, 2020, with the final distributions being distributed ended with a bar date of May 31, 2020,

barring ANYONE who had not contacted WMILT from forever receiving any further distributions and on June 10, 2020,

ANYONE who had not negotiated the checks distributed was forever barred from further distributions,

then Rosie was to send remaining monies to two Seattle charities with around a six million dollar holdback to finish Alice's appeal,

then post June 30, 2020, to my knowledge all Rosie has left to do is dissolve WMILT and as seen with Rosie moving on to close out the two WaMu bk cases, distribute funds, I do NOT believe Alice's appeal will delay dissolving WMILT but am not sure on this

however, WMILT expires on March 19, 2021, unless extended for reason such as releasing the FDIC by the Players that would send huge monies and possibly former Estate assets our way and if WMILT is extended (per the court previous instructions) Rosie must file with the court six months in advance of March 19, 2021, which would be October 19, 2020, should he want to extend WMILT.
