I wish this were the case but I don't believe it to be so, unless you could cite some legal precedent. This all reminds me of when I was young buck trying to quit smoking. My doc pescribed Wellbutrin because Zyban at the time cost a small fortune, compared to the pennies for Wellbutrin. As we all know Wellbutrin is FDA approved for depression while the Zyban is approved for smoking cessation. They are both the same drug, of course, bupropion.
