Much ado about nothing - when I got to the board today and saw 400 new posts I thought "whoopee, Singer's reply brief got posted!" - but nope - that new filing just consolidates a 2nd lawsuit with DRL over their ANDA filing for 500 mg caps to the current ANDA case.
