Bill B...your preaching to the choir republicans have done a poor job in picking strict constitutionist....as you say Roberts, souter, Kennedy,,,Clarence Thomas perhaps my favorite is a very strict constitutionist....if Republicans picked more justices like Thomas the supreme court would be in good shape.
