ACAC Speculation to NASDQ Nice notes pertaining to "move from the OTC Market(s)" I was orgionally thinking they woukd step up to OTC QB (Cometely Legally Legitimate. Some Options IMO
1. Hey they could just grow over the next five quarters and simply apply and move up.
2. They have former Lt. Gov Taylor's husband's as CEO at Welty Construction a 30 millional dollar per year revenue company. Merger. They are immediately NASDAQ qualified with that revenue.
3. Harrington and his 400 Million? Bank Roll. He can simply go nuclear with informercials and sales will soar.
4. Joseph Florence. He TEKX comoany can also merger. The 85,000 square foot manufacturing building will provide enough revenue also.
5. DoD contracts KNOS already has a DoD "DUNS" number which checks can be written out with the war powers act and DoD can now direct the manufacturing of these air filters at ANY manufacturing plant.
6. Mix and match any of these and you get NASDAQ.
If all goes well its no longer 3-5 quarters its now around 2-4 quarters.
