Two big likes:

I like that the Navy has gotten very active on their contract during June.

I like that there is no need to panic if there is no news in July, since government delays are common.

Giving the Navy essentially 2 weeks to decide on an award (July 8-July 23) is essentially saying we already know and don't need much time to decide who our awardee(s) will be. I think 2 weeks is just a cushion and believe an award will be given prior to the July 23rd date and wouldn't be surprised if we get our news on the 10th or 17th of July! Then again anything is possible as those who have been following this story for almost 3 years now! Step 1 acquire the tankers (DONE). Step 2 Apply for Navy award (DONE). Step 3 Win award (DONE in April 2019 prior to incumbent protest). Step 4 Resubmit proposal to win New and improved 5-year Multi Award Contract (MAC) (Expected before July 23,2020)!
