July 8 is the Navy's "updated response date" and July 23 is their "updated inactive date". So I like your understanding of when the contract would be awarded, that being in July.

I can't prove by something published anywhere that you are right, though. The nearest thing to that is a knowledgeable guy at some investor's hideout on the Internet who believes that there needs to be several months preparation time between the contract award and contract commencement in October. Maybe he is absolutely right.

But I have my doubts that the July 23 date will stay firm as some kind of end date. Even so, I'm buying TMPS to be fully invested throughout July because perhaps the Navy will jump through all of their hoops by the scheduled inactive date.

I wish that the whole risk were just scheduling, though. This is a risky pink-sheets stock.

But if you have the belly for it, now is no time to be selling, indeed!
