It is a proof of concept and I do now know of a trial (NCT03610490) at MD Anderson which is producing TIL from biopsies in a number of cold types (ovarian, CRC & pancreatic). With addition ex vivo improvements I talked about in post #81 it should increase the depth and/or duration of response.
