To be Fair Telx wasn't worth 1.8B when Rory sold it
That is why Rory said he had learned from the sell of TELX and he would not make the same mistake of selling VERB before its time. BTW, it was last sold for $1.9B, not $1.8.

Rory worked as a consultant after he sold TELX, so it was not the new ownership alone that created the extra $1.7B.

I agree that this is an issue due to recent misinformation. Without his guidance as a consultant, TELX may not have done as well after he sold the company. "Founder and former CEO Rory Cutaia will serve as a consultant providing strategic advice."
