Jerry, regardless of the jargon used, the main point Senti was making is that without an increase to share authorization above 1.2 B shares by the shareholders, you can not get to 2 B shares even with another S3 raise, as you can not get above 1.2 B

You’re right, I often mix those two up. I think it’s a rather common error — thanks for correcting me.

Still, as Hank points out, I’m correct in that any raise in the amount of shares authorized must be voted on by those of us who actually hold shares.
