You have a good point. Whilst we can only wait and see what develops I am happy with the further transparency released today along with the 10K. The pathway to DL and TLD really has been set in motion. Those that have posted 24/7 [including weekends/holidays] stating the trial would never end and that this was a "scam" etc are about to endure their worst nightmares.... positive results.
