Hope, Thank you for offering some some reasons why things may work out well for KBLB. Let me offer my perspective on your thoughts.

"IMO, there no way that Maxim is in this to see it go negative from the start. There will be a promotional campaign before and after uplist with a barrage of good news PRs or just a few well timed very good to great ones."

I have thought of this possibility. But I see no evidence of a promotional campaign. It should have started already, given the reverse split must be done by July 22. The only possible positive news that can be posted by that time are: 1) Production has re-started at Prodigy; 2) Outside companies have a contract with KBLB for our silks; and 3) KBLB has received patents from their applications.

News about re-starting Prodigy will be welcome, but won't really push the share price much higher. Having one or more large companies PR their interest in KBLB would be great, but no one has been able to suggest why they are waiting on something that could happen before July 23. For example, the NDA might release once KBLB demonstrates commercial production, but we won't be there until end of September, assuming that the eggs are shipped on July 1st.

News about patents will be welcome, but again, I don't see the share price affected significantly.

Next, I don't know anything about Maxim. As far as I know, they are in a business to make money, which they do by conducting public offerings. They aren't really worried about existing shareholders. They may be concerned that the company survives and prospers, but that can be done at the expense of existing shareholders by dilution, a reverse split, and a decline in share price. I don't trust them to protect my interests.

"Once Maxim buys the $1.5m it will tells us one of two things..."

Maxim exercising their warrants for shares will be a positive development, as you say. But they have a few months to do that. I don't anticipate this happening by July 23.

I anticipate all of the same things you do, but just not before July 23. Dilution and a reverse split will both hurt share price. Good news announced afterwards may help us climb out of the crater that Thompson creates by those actions, but it would be far better to wait and perform the dilution and reverse split.
