IMO, there no way that Maxim is in this to see it go negative from the start. There will be a promotional campaign before and after uplist with a barrage of good news PRs or just a few well timed very good to great ones. See bold also from last year’s ASM annual shareholders meeting, which is due again next month.
Once Maxim buys the $1.5m it will tells us one of two things.
1) there is one gargantuan pump coming that Maxim can sell in to. That will be a huge promotion probably including another named partner coming out of the closet. It may involve a small first delivery to Polartec from US production, and potentially a licensing deal ... but it might end up being just all on very big promises... we’ll see. This is definitely a new ATH pump. People will need to pay attention to the substance of what is being pumped.
2) Maxim KNOWS mass production is real and proven in their minds from what they have seen and they will be mostly a longer term holder with their shares.
