I'm from Vermont so it has only been 4 years since a cold winter. So you are a full blown southern belle?

As far as I can tell the waiting period ends today. The government has had plenty of time with these guys prior to the prelm filing so I say its a greenlight. That is where my chips are placed.No fines were laid and I think it's a done deal.


The 29th was set as the date and that is the way it will be done.
