Fine TTE, but if you were running the show at Amarin would you not investigate every possible avenue in case reason does NOT win the day?
And speaking of reason, the case has been here that a win for the Generics is actually a loss and that they would be better served by Amarin first building out the market for them. Not sure why Amarin decided to change their mind recently and go ahead with their $80 million education campaign.
I would be shocked if there was any settlement before both sides see who the three judges will be . The lawyers should be able to tell their clients if the judges that are assigned to the case will help or hurt the appeal .
