Raf, Thank you for the Pacer update. Do you think it is possible that the generic rebuttal is not strong enough for other organizations to file supporting briefings?

Thanks for checking. I think that helps when the court sees no third parties supporting Du's erroneous judgement.

I still wish we had some more on our side, but at least we got something.

Now hopefully Singer eviscerates the generic brief with his reply and the judges call this fight with a standing count and don't even proceed to oral arguments.
