If you said approximately mid-month or shortly thereafter, I'd say we are there now. If you didn't feel we were that close you say by the end of June. They didn't say that. To make a statement in a PR the way they did would assume a level of confidence based on the way things were progressing at that time. There has to be accountability for timelines. Period.
