By that date OWCP can no longer withdraw the Form 15. Which means the stock will still be deregistered.

Discover will do whatever they can to dump their shares - which because of the default is many more shares - I guess some are excited about dilution.

The question becomes will Riterband do anything - will he provide audited financials and file a meaningless 10-K since OWCP will no longer be a SEC filer.
