Good News! A Joint Stipulation was filed extending the date from June 5 to July 31. A condition is that OWC hold a meeting of shareholders no later than July 21 or file the financials.

OWCP may utilize the proceeds from $100,000 in debt financing provided by Discover to an OWCP subsidiary to meet its above obligations.
