RAF corrected me, Defense brief was due 6-16 not 6-19. Singer will not file early....

But I do expect settlement after briefing before oral arguments.

Electronic transmissions should be posted and available nearly immediately—even Amarin’s initial brief was available quickly even though it was “corrected” per timely motion to include a vast appendix or supplement
