Oh.. I did read that. .It was pretty cool. That's part of the reason I bought this one because I see how this man has worked with this product to get these ovens to 3rd world ( and other ) areas where modern cooking type ovens aren't available.. Sounds like a great endeavor.. Hope it grows more and more!
