The only “event” I foresee is some sort of sanction by the SEC Board of Commissioners, because they neglected to file for three years!

I can’t see the commission patting Linda on the back and saying “That’s ok Linda, even though you broke the filing requirement rules for three years and ignored our requests for information for ANOTHER YEAR, we’ll just let you off scott- free!”
