I agree. I was nice to know that Kim is legit in his business ventures and that the SS is tighter than the actual SS. The share structure and the recent filing is what attracted me to this ticker. They are moving forward for a good reason and any more updates will seal the deal on a merger. IMO

I totally agreed! Some dummies buy $100 Worth of shares and make up BS for a tick, been refuting their BS but they are like a little dog kept barking :)
Xu has nothing to do with this one at least for now
