Not sure who this Xu character is, don’t really care. Stick to the facts. Clearly the CEO isn’t selling stock and there’s no convertible debt. He had a connection in the past with the DeTomaso exotic automobile and seems to be a legitimate businessman. That’s all the info I need to hold long here. Littering the board with unfounded information regarding some guy named Xu will hurt more than it will help. Wait for current status and see what happens is my advice.
