So, looks like you texted him the same day, after I posted his texts showing he would try very very hard, and you weren’t the only one who did that.

What it really shows is that Henry changed his tune after getting pounded about it by you and others.

Again, not something that helps because it shows Henry saying 2 different things only hours apart. Looks like he was just trying to appease those who got upset after seeing what I posted.

And, it doesn’t say, “I promise no RS”, as others say he told them.

Can PHIL even r/s while there's a dividend of APR shares promised based upon number of PHIL shares you hold? Seems like if anything would have to be after the APR share distribution if it was going to happen at all?
