So if they partner is case settled as null and void? I mean what prevents Teva/Apotex/others from entering as generic under the Marine label? Is this what Apotex agreed to early last week? I guess question is does patent appeal case have to be resolved? Would this vacate Du's ruling as if it never happened?
Whoa! Need a legal mind to opine on this type of settlement and partnering with DRL & Hikma. Extreme idea out there now. Has anyone sent this far-flung idea to Elisabeth IR? HaHa! Might even get a mention at next Qtrly earnings or someone asked the Q if they allow Q's.
