Actually PR'ing a soft lock and soon after a hard lock would catch the shorts flat footed IMO, not counterproductive at all. It would be brilliant.

first of all why do people here assume that all who criticize management are shorts .. it could also be frustrated longs .. for my part i have been in the stock for over 6 years .. bought on the way up, on the top and on the way down again .. I stayed in the stock five years ago because I chose to trust Linda P .. but the last five years have been full of so many empty promises, endless bad explanations and not least countless bad management decisions .. so excuse me if I am tired of being called short .. there is one and only one who has overall responsibility for where we stand now, with a PPS of 37 cents and a trial we can't manage to make DL on, and that's our CEO Linda Powers. .

Maybe not, but not filing a Q for a month plus does suggest as much and does not sit well with me.

I don't care for the idea of soft
lock but anymore... I'll take what I can get
