That is an interesting link you posted, but it is just an editorial that seems far fetched regarding COVID. Comparing granting an EUA or clearing a device for testing SARS to organic food vs GMO's or allowing a dying person to use not approved drugs seems far fetched.
Obviously a device that tests for infectious diseases needs to be accurate.
But, like that editorial, there are alot of opinions floating around about DECN and its device. Some say the SEC lawyers are being corrupt.
I have found alot of oddball opinions on the internet regarding DECN and the suspension but I doubt they will sway the SEC. The suspension was not caused by "arch-enemies" of Berman and multiple people had to sign off on it.
