That is an interesting link you posted, but it is just an editorial that seems far fetched regarding COVID. Comparing granting an EUA or clearing a device for testing SARS to organic food vs GMO's or allowing a dying person to use not approved drugs seems far fetched.

Obviously a device that tests for infectious diseases needs to be accurate.


But, like that editorial, there are alot of opinions floating around about DECN and its device. Some say the SEC lawyers are being corrupt.

I have found alot of oddball opinions on the internet regarding DECN and the suspension but I doubt they will sway the SEC. The suspension was not caused by "arch-enemies" of Berman and multiple people had to sign off on it.

Hope this works but wow to imply SEC bias and potential collusion between the SEC and message board posters isn’t likely to influence friends or win over enemies.

You think the SEC can be won over? LOLOL. But they can be bludgeoned and if shareholders do it they have no recourse. One day you might understand.

What it proves is a minority of shareholders don’t agree with the SEC decision and are expressing their opinion or testimony to the SEC. Essentially witnesses for the defendant

I don't know how our boy Fredo Perkins gets past this while on the witness stand. If I am DECN I call one witness, Fredo. And I call him because he (Fredo) made all of these ridiculous allegations and provided zero evidence. Not a thing. Fredo's SEC opening argument on May 20 read like a series of W, or r, or J message board posts couched not so carefully in a small amount of legal parsing. If Fredo was in collusion with these people or even one of them, and he would have to admit to it when the question is asked, and when he does, if he does (he might take the 5th) the cabal will lose any SEC immunity that think they have. Nothing will please me more.

Yes, but he outted himself Saturday by posting that his contacts with the SEC were through the SEC IG. An arrogant unforced error. When I posted that the SEC IG has specific authorities, and these authorities do not extend to investigating issuers, r disappeared. I believe, as I have for a while, that r is the SEC's main informant, self-appointed of course. Well, r is now a witness. He has no protections and he knows it.
