Management has not only shown that they don't know how stock prices work, they have outright said so in past videos. I think management's own stock price expectations should be discounted 100%.
Of course, by now I think they probably understand what does and doesn't work better than they once did.
The long term stock price is a far better indication of a company's true value than the short term. The long term here has told the story of Verb Technology to date.
The current price takes into account what is known at present. It can be flawed and that is the hope for longs. Time will tell if that is correct.
