It's not. But people or mistaken sub registrant vs distros. That's all. 56 subregistrant that includes the 7 distros. Everyone don't listen/read all the details. So now just have to follow through. I will feel better about this once financials are in order and news of rollout to the 2-3 hosptials per month. Still solid company here folks. Wish I had more cash flow to grab those selling under .04. good luck to all.

I think there is a difference between a distributor and a sub-registrant. The list provided is entities using PCTL’s EPA number and they could be marketing and labeling their own product, whereas a distributor is selling PCTL products.

Revenue stream either way, I believe.

This list includes places where Hydrolyte is for sale - that does not mean they are an approved distributor. They may have purchased it wholesale and are selling it at a profit. It also includes sub-registrants who are using our EPA number and paying royalties. Like Clean Republic for example- they are not a distributor. Some of the distributors do have a sub registration (like Trieu Tech). The important thing is the product is getting out into the market in many different ways. There are 23 products registered with the EPA under PCTL's 92108 registration. That is a fact right from the EPA. All those products will pay a royalty but we don't know how much.
